Cattle drinking Trough Stands
Free-standing reinforced concrete stands which effectively support standard galvanized steel troughs at the correct height for cattle to drink from. Two stands are adequate to support troughs up to a length of 2.4m.
It is recommended that the troughs are secured to to each stand by two retainer bolts – see below.
Standard pattern
Approximate weight: 65kg.
400mm high to bottom of trough.
460mm overall height.
475mm maximum width of trough.
Wide Pattern
Approximate weight: 75kg.
300mm high to bottom of trough.
355mm overall height.
610mm maximum width of trough.
Anchor Bolts
Holes are cast through the tank stands to receive 10mm zinc-plated eye bolts. The hook bolts locate over the edge of the drinking trough and pass through the eye bolts where they are gently tightened to clamp the trough to the stand.
