Special Gratings & Steelwork
Special gratings made to customers specifications can be manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel on request.
Examples of special gratings developed to customer requirements:
Large custom cranked gratings. – Designed to protect a 1500mm flap valve fitted to one of our headwalls. The headwall, flap valve, grating and handrail were delivered together to site allowing rapid installation.
Double cranked gratings – This grating was made in several parts which bolted together to allow assembly on site. The flat sections were fitted with GRP safety mesh and a central access hatch.
Cranked gratings with access – ratings cs be designed with access hatches and ladders, with provision for locking points.
Catwalks – We can manufacture galvanised steel catwalks with handrails in custom sizes.
